This poster was created for a Visual Communications III project where I had to develop an instructional poster with specified steps on a subject of my choice. The design is inspired by the Omega Mart Employee Training Video for the interactive art installation Omega Mart in Las Vegas, NV.
I created each diagram in Procreate and Adobe Illustrator to bring focus to each step. The layout of the entire poster was created with Adobe Illustrator. The colour palette and fonts I chose to use in my design align with the existing branding for Omega Mart.
The glitched image and text for Step 4 intentionally highlight the bizarre nature of the art installation and the Employee Training Video.
I wanted to create a design that followed a corporate aesthetic so that my poster would not look out of place in an employee breakroom until it was inspected closer.
